Linda is a certified court reporter in Mississippi and has served as an official
reporter in the federal, circuit, chancery, and county courts. She has also reported thousands of depositions during her extensive career as a freelance reporter. Linda is an instructor and owner here at Learn to Transcribe™ and is always happy to help with any questions! Linda can go line by line with you on your practice transcripts.
Rachel lives in Wisconsin and is a former RPR trained at Lakeshore Technical College
in Cleveland, WI. She spent seven years working as a reporter in circuit court and also worked as a district
court reporter and a freelancer. She currently works 30-40 hours per week transcribing as an independent
contractor.
Krista is a working freelance court reporter in South Carolina who has trained many
transcriptionists in the art of producing excellent legal transcripts. She would love to work with you, answering general questions!
Glen has been doing transcription work since 1998, when an ex-girlfriend asked him to meet her boss — a court reporter at one of the agencies in Seattle. Glen can go line by line with you on your practice transcripts!
Laurie began her career as a notereader, then attended Merit College of Court Reporting and became a certified court reporter in California where she still maintains her license. She has
since relocated to Florida and now scopes for other reporters and mentors new court reporters and/or students. She would love to help you with depositions!
Chris lives in El Paso, Texas. He has worked as a proofreader for 25 years, as a medical transcriptionist, has transcribed thousands of pages of U.S. Customs and Border Protection internal affairs interviews, City Council proceedings, 911 calls, surreptitious recordings, and monthly Housing Authority meetings. Chris is available to answer questions or to assess your practice transcripts line by line for accuracy while building your confidence and patiently guiding you to become the best you can be!
